Gordon Lamont has been for many years a freelance producer, writer and actor, directing over 200 radio dramas including Afternoon Play and Drama Workshop. Through his years of training experience, he has emerged a specialist in Innovation and Creativity.

He is the author of a number of books including Work Life Balance (Sheldon Press 2001) and The Creative Path (Azure 2004). His latest book is The Creative Teacher to be published in autumn 2005.
