Ronnie McCann, in addition to enjoying a successful career as an Actor/Director for 15 years, has a wealth of experience training people in varying professions. He teaches Retail, Customer Care, Hospitality and Management at Tower Hamlets College, specialising in Interview technique, Confidence Building, Presentation Skills, Customer Service and Teamwork. This area of expertise led Ronnie to set up and operate successfully his own company dedicated to training staff in the hotel sector.

In recent years, Ronnie has expanded his areas of training expertise to include Role Play; as a facilitator/trainer he has worked with oil riggers, bankers, the civil service, the foreign office, BT and the post office where he had each company member participate in hot-seating, role-playing, discussion and problem solving.

Ronnie also teaches different acting and directing courses at the City Lit. As an actor he is best known for playing the regular character Nurse Barney Wolfe in Casualty.
