“...it really is quite humbling to see what people
have achieved and how terrific the benefits have been! At least a couple
of them appeared to be about 6" taller!! It really is a terrific way of
getting feedback and as before, the course appears to have been a real
success and really hit the spot for the majority of them.“
"A talked about how useful your practice part of the
course had been been and in particular, "how it felt" to be doing things“
differently. Also, B said she had learnt more from working with you than
any other role-play that she had ever participated in....“ Carol
Roome, Management Consultant, Oxford University Press, Markem Corporation
“Karen specifically asked for you and said how fantastic
you were and particularly what great feedback you give when you work with
her on First Steps.” Karen Rawlings, Trainer,
English Nature’s “First Steps”
