An experienced actress, Paula also has significant training experience gained from working in the finance industry for over ten years. She has designed, delivered and evaluated training courses on apparisal, sales, customer service, systems and has facilitation experience in course delivery, feedback sessions and meetings. She also has considerable management experience- previous roles have included management of projects, sales and man-management in both call centre and box office environments.

Paula has a wide range of acting credits in film and theatre and this combination of acting and business skills has allowed her to work in corporate video, live corporate seminars, facilitaion and extensively in role-play and feedback delivery. She now specialises in one to one coaching, often using role-play, in the areas of interview technique, questioning skills, appraising staff and customer service delivery.
