From the word go Gordon released us into action which is so refreshing on a weekend away. Gordon's creative approach enabled us to dare to think “outside of the box”. Consequently many of us reviewed our ways of working so that we now work often beyond the limit of our own expectations and experience.” - Jean Kerr, Diocese of Rochester

Gordon is a talented and thought-provoking facilitator. His challenging style is balanced by sensitivity to his audience and a genuine desire to get them to surface their own creativity - however apparently latent. -Richard Lloyd, SHL Group
